Job Description

  • Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to enter.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients with the help of marketing team.
  • Develop leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas using your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.
  • Preparing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
  • Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
  • Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.
  • Manage Monthly business Status reports to the section head.
  • Follow up on payments/invoices.
  • Prospect and generate new leads.
  • Maintain close relationship with existing clients.
  • Ensure satisfaction level for existing clients through follow-up.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, etc..
  • 5+ years of experience (marketing or business development is a plus).
  • Experience with account management and media buying.
  • Agencies background as a MUST.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a MUST.
  • Excellent business writing.
  • Excellent user of MS office tools.
  • Certificate in sales and marketing is a plus.
  • Passion for sales and the ambition to make a personal difference.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Self-starter, excellent communication and time management skills.
