Job Description
- Arrange for all meetings of the board of Directors
- Write minutes and follow up all relevant assignments and instructions
- Receive all e-mails sent to CEOs, follow up with CEOs and/or all departments in charge and make sure all emails are dealt with in a timely manner
- Receive certain assignments, handle with several departments and present final results in reports.
- Act as a liaison between CEOs, department/division managers/directors regional offices managers
- Responsible for all meetings rooms bookings
- Responsible for keeping the CEO's rooms meetings rooms clean and tidy at all times.
- Responsible for all CEOs travel arrangements, plane ticketing, accommodation, meetings agendas ...etc
- Internal and external arrangements for company visitors.
- Support other Senior Management staff on other projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- 4 years of experience
- A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Having an accounting background is a plus.
- Able to work & finish tasks independently
- Able to thoroughly research topics and issues and come up with effective conclusions
- Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic
- Able to develop professional documents and presentations in both English and Arabic.
- Having good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook).
