Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands a company’s customer base and ensure it’s a strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Supports the product management team with pricing model analysis, product positioning, market and competitive analysis, and feature comparisons for all products.
- Partner with other business functions including Finance, Product Management, Process Engineering, Innovation, Production, Inside Sales and Customer Service to develop and define the key elements of the optimum customer experience, leverage current processes and drive improvements, and identify critical success factors needed for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of Experience in selling electric products & home appliances
- Very good - Excellent English
- Very good command of Microsoft Office
- Experience in managing teams
- Willingness to work abroad.
