Job Description
- Control Quota consumption across the sales channels to avoid any out of stock orders.
- Assure the confirmation of order stock availability before cash deposit.
- Follow-up with the treasury team the cash deposit for all cash customers.
- Follow-up and validate the customer eligibility for credit with the finance team.
- Ensure order fulfillment SLA.
- Ensure the invoice delivery with the order.
- Ensure collecting customer acceptance for order (receipt notes).
- Ensure for closing orders on system.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 2 to 3 years.
- B. SC. degree and Diploma is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent computer skills and ERP background is a plus.
