Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job:

  • Provide administrative assistance to new parents applying for their kids to join the school. Liaison between the school and the zone office – Ministry of Education for student
  • Dealing mainly with new students, providing them with an orientation about the system of the School.
  • Registering the new students' applications to the system and in The Ministry of Higher Education.
  • Revising all the papers for the new students to make sure that all the papers are original with the stamps and that also the subjects are qualifying.
  • The ability to calculate the certificates of the new new students to decide whether their scores are matching with the minimum scores approved by the ministry of Higher Education.
  • Responsible for making sure of having all new students registered in the Ministry by revising each student one by one.
  • Responsible for revising the students’ names according to their true documents to have it correct on the system, besides making sure also that their names are correct on the ministry lists as well as the School system.
  • Responsible for entering the students’ Exemptions, Withdrawals, Incomplete on the system.
  • Responding to the Embassies letters for the foreign students.
  • Prepares class situations, students numbers statistics, class number statistics and all documents required by ministry of education regulations regarding a child’s registration in the school.
  • Provides information as required to Directors, Heads, teachers, other administration staff regarding children and parents
  • Issues official letters regarding children attendance, document requirements, etc.
  • Monitors at all level the process and procedures of documentation of children.

  • Deals with all inquiries regarding admittance or removal of children to school.

  • Completes any task assigned by Directors or Head of Administration.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of Experience in registrar and admissions and Parent Relation.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Proficiency level of Microsoft office applications, Computer, and Technology use.
