Job Description

  • Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Organize business meetings including preparing agenda, materials for meeting, takes minutes and keep records of proceeding in order to facilitate implementation follow up
  • Making invoices , sending and receiving emails
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondences

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree at least
  • Perfect in English is a must
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office and outlook
  • Live in maadi is preferred
  • Females only
  • Good appearance
