Job Description
- Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Organize business meetings including preparing agenda, materials for meeting, takes minutes and keep records of proceeding in order to facilitate implementation follow up
- Making invoices , sending and receiving emails
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondences
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree at least
- Perfect in English is a must
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office and outlook
- Live in maadi is preferred
