Job Description
- Responsible of following up the work of order management team, their performance and their response to customer’s orders.
- Ensure the team provides the highest level of accuracy and attention to details in order to deliver excellent order management.
- Follow up with the sales team and visit the VIP customers if needed.
- Follow – up problems of financial and non-payment of the customer for billing.
- Make sure that order management team follow and monitor journey check points using the company internal tracking software.
- Follow up the order management team while they trace the container and order until the end of the trip and reports promptly to customers in case of sudden obstructions or delays.
- revise journey statues reports in case of delay on regular basis to concerned parties
- Suggest solutions to deal with customers’ pains.
- Maximize customers’ gains without compromising profitability.
- Develop and maintain the relationships with existing customers and work on increasing their volume.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in logistics or equivalent
- Operational Background and shipping background is preferably
Language Skills:
- Very good command of English
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Ability to adapt to new software technology
Skills:
- Must be able to work independently and display initiative
- Demonstrates capabilities to work under high pressure and adhere to deadlines
