About the Job

Job Description

  • Prepare central reports for consolidated projects progress reports.
  • Prepare and update time schedules and layouts.
  • Collect monthly data & prepare the overall monthly reports.
  • Perform earned value management & critical path method to monitor the progress of the project(s).
  • Participate in enhancing BIM unit process & output.
  • Manage / Update BIM Project Documents.
  • 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification.
  • 4D scheduling / 5D Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks.
  • Participate in central planning related meetings.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Civil or Construction Management. Relevant post graduate studies is preferred.
  • Work Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in planning/scheduling of construction projects
  • Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and analytical skills, Initiative and team spirited
  • Good knowledge in using planning and scheduling principals, techniques and tools
  • Adequate knowledge in using Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, Primavera P6 and BIM technology.
