Job Description

  • Assist in the Recruitment process, prepare announcements, screen, and filter CVs, arrange interviews
  • Ensure new hired employees paperwork is completed and processed
  • Prepare training programs, and coordinate the training process
  • Participate in job description process
  • Participate in the performance evaluation process
  • Determine the administration issues and resolve them for smooth operations
  • Carry out the orientation of newly hired employees, explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Form job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions.

Job Requirements

  • Very good in English
  • Not less than Two years experience in all HR Functions.
  • A person with strong communication skill.
  • Business orientation and a multinational background are a plus.
  • High commitment is a must.
