Job Description

  • Responsible for all office admin work& quality assurance.
  • Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing e-mail and responding to the manager after returning to him and taking instruction.
  • Following up with the CEO, employee’s tasks and duties.
  • Doing all the secretary duties that belong to company career.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations correspondence

Job Requirements

  • Female only and unmarried.
  • Full-time.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic is a must.
  • Should be able to multi-task and priorities with precise accuracy and details.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of office administration experience.
  • Proficiency in MS office with expertise in MS word, excel and Photoshop.
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people of all business levels.
  • Experience with international arrangements and logistics management.
  • Attention to details is a must as strong organizational skills.
  • Profiles with updated photo is a must
