Job Description

  • Responsible for completion and delivery of the projects and handover to customer PMO/business owner.
  • Engage in business analysis stage & provide input when needed.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of customer requirements in terms of company products and services.
  • Develop project overview, preliminary scope, project charter, and risk assessment Impact.
  • Develop WBS, project plan development.
  • Drive the projects to its completion through Planning, scheduling, coordinating and signoff.
  • Interface with various personnel and departments in order to achieve project results.
  • Assign resources to accomplish required tasks, team development.
  • Manages all activities to ensure all aspects of delivery are on time and up to the stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Proactively coordinates the activities of internal and external resources to maintain project timelines.
  • Reactively engages the organization in problem resolution when necessary.
  • Develop schedules, and change control to project plan as appropriate.
  • Effectively communicate project status, reports, and schedules horizontally and vertically.
  • Monitor and control day to day activities to maintain project baseline (Cost / Time).
  • Review contracts and obtain stakeholders approval and signatures.
  • Participate in team appraisals by providing project by project resource performance.
  • Control scope change and its consequences on cost, time and quality.
  • Raising and authorizing the PCRs (project change requests).
  • Close contract, gather and manage project-related documents on SharePoint.
  • Manage risks/issues and develop contingency plans.
  • Handle the assessment of best practice for organizational project management (lessons learned).

Job Requirements

  • Leadership capabilities.
  • 5+ Years’ experience in Project Management.
  • Extended knowledge and practice of state of art in project management methodologies.
  • Excellent in using project management systems.
  • Work experience in Oil & Gas field
  • Work experience in governmental projects
  • Effective communication & negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellency in reporting to executives.
  • Excellency in presentation skills.
  • PMP certificate is a must.
