Job Description

  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff (in Arabic and English).
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports.
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings.
  • Arrange all logistics related to travel and accommodations.
  • Assist in the HR activities incl. the hiring process of required staff.
  • Other duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English).
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
  • Prior experience as administrative assistant.
  • Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • This job is only for male.
