Job Description
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff (in Arabic and English).
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Assist in the preparation of reports.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings.
- Arrange all logistics related to travel and accommodations.
- Assist in the HR activities incl. the hiring process of required staff.
- Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English).
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
- Prior experience as administrative assistant.
- Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
