Job Description
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, email, calls, client management, and other company logistics.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Prepare developing internal processes, filing systems and ability to coordinate multiple projects at once.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Follow-up on administrative tasks and timely submissions of documents.
- Data Entry.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Good command of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- additional qualification as an administrative assistant or (Secretary will be a plus)
- 2-3 years Admin working experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic typing
