Main Duties:
- Managing the payroll and personnel team to ensure the full application of procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of payroll team.
- Manage the payroll workload to meet operational requirements.
- Ensure complying with the labor law and company policies and procedures.
- Preparation of salary details and payment slips.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Commerce/Finance.
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in supervisory position
- Must be working with big number of headcounts
- Leadership skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
