Job Description
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of commercial sector to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Develop a business plan for his Sector that ensures Achieved of sales Team goals targets and profitability
- Review daily Reports that represent customers related sales operation status
- Check quality complaints
- Develop plans to ensure Search for new customers
- Prepare action plan by individuals as well as by team for affective search of sales leads and prospects
- Establish plans and action to attract new customer and constantly penetrate new markets
- Coordinate with manager of quality, planning and operation in implementation sales plan regarding the tips , quantities and quality of required product
Job Requirements
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce preferred an business administration
- Any other certificates required
Experience:
- at least 8 years’ experience in sales minimum 3 years sales manager and 5 years in corrugated paper industry .
- Preferably Alex resident
- Fluent English
- Hard working and self-motivated personality
- Negotiable salary as per the experience and relevant competencies
