About the Job

Respond to client's emails
Coordinate with and assign tasks to the production team/ freelance vendors maintaining control and high profile communication.
Control localization projects from beginning to end, by assigning, monitoring and follow up.
Deliver client projects following the project instructions and after performing basic quality checks.
Ensure timely issuance of client invoices and vendors purchase orders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree (preferred to be graduated from Commerce, business administration).
1 years of experiences.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Organizational and Multitasking skills.
Problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
Advanced MS office skills (Excel, outlook, etc.).
Business writing skills.
