Main Job Duties:
- Provide qualified candidates to meet departmental hiring requests through the annual manpower plan.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using recruitment channels.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Conducting the initial round of interview & scheduling the short-listed candidates..
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Making all deals and agreements with recruitment agencies if needed.
- Help with the on-boarding process of new candidates.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any.
- Training Courses in Human Resources would be a big plus..
- Experience: (1-3) years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs.
- Excellent in English.
