Job Description
We are looking for the super girl who has super powers in office administration & management!
Our girl won't hesitate to represent us on front desk
You are typically going to:
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to our policies
- Supervising the office staff and their performance
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
AND You'll be handling HR tasks such as:
- Team outings/office events
- Recruitment coordination & screening
- Employees files (attendance-vacations- hiring docs)
Job Requirements
- No past exp. is needed but if you have then it will be a huge plus in selection.
- You should have a great organizing, attention to details and time management skills.
- More of an OCD in cleanliness
- You should be a natural born leader and great communicator
- Fluent English is a must
