Job Description
- Sign up new accounts, Monitor and analyze existing accounts usage of our product
- Follow up with existing accounts and keep them active
- Identify new leads in our business channels
- Develop and executes strategies for discovering and securing new business opportunities either locally or regionally
- Represent the company in meetings, phone calls and exhibitions (if needed)
- Attends conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Agree on challenging weekly and monthly targets. When results fall short of the target, understand why and agree with management what to do differently to improve monthly KPI
- Evaluate customer needs, behavior, preferences, attitudes, biases, and beliefs so you can develop a strategy to engage and attract them
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Enhance department and organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Help with other functions of a startup when needed
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales
- Previous Experience in sales Preferably in Engineering, Pharmaceuticals or FMCG
- Understanding our business model and scope of work
- Team Player able to provide a variety of functions related to commercial and business development requirements
- Have business acumen and start-up mindset
- Self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills, initiative, analytical thinking, decision making, Problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Deep digital understanding
- Eager to learn about website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Preferably owns a car
