Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by selling the company’s products; Software and hosting solutions (Cloud services).
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Performs other duties upon request.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or any relevant field.
- Strong sales and business background centered on software technologies.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong business planning and coaching skills woven with ability to encourage sales team to develop and implement targeted plans.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
- Knowledge in business software market locally and internationally.
- Good knowledge on the African market is a plus.
