- Plan entire event steps according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Win business through effective pricing and quick responses to enquiries
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Deal with clients who have various meeting and event requirements
- Coordinate with operation managers
- Lead promotional activities for the event
- Focus on improving customer satisfaction to create customer loyalty and deliver a positive event experience.
- Planning multiple events at once
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as event sales manager
- ENGLISH Language School graduate is a MUST
- Experience of working within a Hotel or Events business
- Skilled in project management
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
