Job Description
- Handle the leads upload on CRM as well as their fair distribution among the sales team
- Responsible for updating the project's availability through the continuous follow up on reservations and cancellations
- Responsible for the CRM application and its features updates according to the business needs.
- Ensure that the leads are equally distributed according to their sources among the sales team and ensure that no duplication occurs.
- Update the CRM with the latest prices and offers and communicate them to the sales team.
- Provide periodical reports and analysis to the concerned parties to reflect the performance and the position of the sales department.
- Assists in administrative sales back office work.
- Coordinate the sales process during the local exhibitions and international exhibition if required.
