About the Job
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Manage and maintain "CEO / Chairman" calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings, and conference calls.
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Manage all event/meeting related activities for the organization
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in same role
  • Females Only, Unveiled
  • Presentable and tactful, preferred unveiled applicant.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Abilities to design, create and review Presentation content
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
