Job Description

  • To build the business by recognizing prospects and selling to them.
  • To maintain relationships with the existing as well as new clients.
  • Communication clients' feedback to the GM & Marketing through proper timely reports.
  • Well, understanding of the product & industry.
  • Prospecting building a strong database of current & potential customers.
  • To sell the company products/services by creating contacts and further making relationships with the prospects.
  • To recommend solutions to any problems faced by the clients, communicating daily feedback to the direct manager.
  • To provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients hence enhancing the relationships.
  • To recommend new opportunities and improvements in terms of clients profits and losses.
  • To study the current market trends for a product and identify improvements.
  • To analyze the competition brand closely.
  • To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or license degree.
  • Experience of 3 years in the same position.
  • The ability to achieve targets.
  • Competencies: Communication Skills: Ability to listen & understands any requirements and articulate ideas to the required audience. Very good writing skills.
  • Customer Oriented: Response to a customer’s inquiry or problem in a timely and effective manner Effectively manages customer expectations, Gives high priority to addressing customer complaints.
  • Presentation: having the ability to confidently deliver an engaging message to a group of people which achieves the objectives.
