Job Description
- Responsible for identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers;
- Responsible for designing and developing training and developing programmers based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs;
- Responsible for planning departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organizational planning and budgeting systems.
- Responsible for considering the costs of planned programmers and keeping within budgets: assessing the return on investment of any training or development programmer is becoming increasingly important;
- Responsible for Producing organizational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.
- Responsible for working in a team to produce programmers that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers.
- Responsible for developing effective induction programmers;
- Responsible for Identifying, selecting and managing external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.
- Responsible for organizing training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required achieving efficient training attendance and delivery.
- Responsible for conducting appraisals.
- Responsible for devising individual learning plans.
- Responsible for producing training materials for in-house courses.
- Responsible for managing the delivery of training and development programmers and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization.
- Responsible for monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees by using questionnaires and through discussions with managers.
- Responsible for ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
- Responsible for evaluating training and development programmers.
- Responsible for Monitoring and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required.
- Responsible for Developing self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
- Responsible for amending and revising programmers as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
- Responsible for helping line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
- Responsible for supervising the work of trainers.
- Responsible for keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
- Responsible for using IT to produce training materials and manuals.
- Responsible for increasingly, having an understanding of e-learning techniques.
Job Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience : 8-10 years hands-on experience .
- Language Skills : Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
