Job Description
- The Project Coordinator- work with the company’s country manager and the principals to serve the needs of our current existing customers, new potential customers and to assist other members of staff s client as demands warrant.
- The Successful candidate will be able to fully utilize all Microsoft office products to compose documents, spreadsheets, emails and perform detailed internet research as well as have strong communication skills.
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist with organization of events
- Attending events and networking
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, letters and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Ensures regular and on-time payment of all office and apartment utilities bills
- Liaises with the head office to receive the invoices, proof read invoices and check accuracy, send invoices to clients
- Maintain contact list
- Coordinates the driver’s schedule, informs the driver daily on the locations of the meetings for the next day for appropriate planning
- Collects artwork and submits to the head office
- Collects all the receipts for every expense, and assists the Country Director with compiling the expense reports
- Organizes delivery of books (both to advertisers and to other contacts requested)
- Receive, sort and distribute the mail
- Provide support with phone coverage, calendar management, meeting planning, report processing, mail handling, And other routine administrative duties all with a sense of urgency and utmost confidentiality.

- Bachelor’s degree in administration, business, economics or related field desirable

- Advanced professional fluency in English (oral and written) and Arabic.
- strong customer orientation with excellent phone etiquette, able to handle high volume call
- Experience in the sales support or customer relations operations – not must but a strong asset
- Ability to work in a fast –paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Proactive mindset and ability to think beyond the task to pursue areas of concern or those lacking clarity until a forward path is clear.
