To achieve business objectives by meeting quantity targets for all films for assigned customers.
To get better price than minimum prices fixed and finalize by Marketing Head.
To ensure pricing based on product / service differentiation, not market driven, develop networking with customers.
To ensure Quality in Service, Documentation, Presentation and product Quality, develop team to ensure the same by providing support and resources.
To resolve complaint/issue within 24 hours and ensure Complaint closure – within 10 days from assigned customers.
To track LDS and ensure supplies made within LDS for assigned customers, to coordinate with Sales and Planning Officer for production of urgent / delayed orders.
To develop and promote market for new innovative products – TST, IST, Gold etc…
To get premium in price on innovative products, check before commitment to customers – Feasibility, available slots, availability in other factories.
Ensure successful trials and first three bulk supplies with close supervision.
To ensure customer visits on regular basis, manage inventory.
To meet Company Financial Objective with Zero overdue and arrange PDC collection within 10 days, No deduction in Invoice,
To follow Credit policy for assigned customers.
To provide support and coordinate with all Functional Heads along with Customers.
Provide direction to team and ensure effectiveness.
