Job Description
- To achieve business objectives by meeting quantity targets for all films for assigned customers.
- To get better price than minimum prices fixed and finalize by Marketing Head.
- To ensure pricing based on product / service differentiation, not market driven, develop networking with customers.
- To ensure Quality in Service, Documentation, Presentation and product Quality, develop team to ensure the same by providing support and resources.
- To resolve complaint/issue within 24 hours and ensure Complaint closure – within 10 days from assigned customers.
- To track LDS and ensure supplies made within LDS for assigned customers, to coordinate with Sales and Planning Officer for production of urgent / delayed orders.
- To develop and promote market for new innovative products – TST, IST, Gold etc…
- To get premium in price on innovative products, check before commitment to customers – Feasibility, available slots, availability in other factories.
- Ensure successful trials and first three bulk supplies with close supervision.
- To ensure customer visits on regular basis, manage inventory.
- To meet Company Financial Objective with Zero overdue and arrange PDC collection within 10 days, No deduction in Invoice,
- To follow Credit policy for assigned customers.
- To provide support and coordinate with all Functional Heads along with Customers.
- Provide direction to team and ensure effectiveness.
