Job Description
- Conduct negotiations with the suppliers, ensuring that the items meet the required specification.
- Issue purchase orders and Execute the procurement process according to the approved purchase orders..
- Work with suppliers and general contractors to communicate and follow-up on requirements and commitments.
- Monitor and coordinate material delivery processes between suppliers to ensure that items are delivered to the warehouse on time.
- Review supplier quotations to ensure accuracy and appropriateness and resolve any discrepancies escalate if needed.
- Negotiate with existing suppliers and source out potential new ones
- Purchase Raw & Packing materials for manufacturing plant.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related field.
- 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing/production environment, coordination and purchasing responsibility.
- Very good computer skills.
- Excellent level of English language.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
