About the Job

Main Job Duties:

  • Provide support and guidance to the clients’ technical questions and be responsible for resolving their issues based on defined and agreed SLAs.
  • Define configurations and development activities required to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Classify customer requirements which will need configurations and which will need development.
  • Perform configuration tasks required by the client.
  • Follow up with the clients to make sure that team will deliver what is required.
  • Follow up with developers to get development tasks done in time.
  • Provide full documentation for tasks that need to be developed
  • Managed the implementation of team tasks
  • Capable to trainee users on various Odoo modules
  • Help the support team in customer support
  • Assistant Sales Team in the Pilot and Demonstration
Job Requirements
  • Very solid accounting background knowledge, and experience.
  • ERP implementation experience is plus
  • Previous knowledge in Odoo.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Very good English skills.
