Job Description
- Manage banking accounting transactions
- Publish financial statements in time
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Process and record all bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Assist in monitoring daily cash flow and ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact with banks, managing relationships and resolving any banking-related issues.
- Process outgoing payments (cheques, bank transfers) and verify incoming receipts.
- Investigate and resolve bank discrepancies, payment issues, and transaction errors
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (English section preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working with ERP systems, especially Odoo
• Solid background in bank dealings and financial transactions with banks
