Job Description
Required Branch Manager for Well Known Restaurant chain in Egypt
- Responsible for the food and beverage services in the restaurant with high standard of quality and customer service.
- Responsible for managing the working team and monitor their development.
- Ensure all the supplies are in good conditions and stored properly.
- Responsible for all the areas of HSE especially food safety & food hygiene.
- Follow brand policies and ensure budget targets are achieved.
Job Requirements
- Degree preferably in the field of Tourism & Hotels
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Food & Beverage/ Restaurants areas including 3 years as F&B Manager.
- Good knowledge & Experience of Hospitality & Service and Catering principles according to local and international standards.
- Competent in leading and developing teamwork
- Fluent in English language
