Job Description
- Lead talent acquisition process (sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluation, on-boarding communications).
- Ensure all members data is up to date
- Produce sheets to evaluate members performance
- Evaluate team members periodically
- Review all members complaints and feedback
- Lead talent management processes including L&D
- Design a well-structured learning-by-doing path tailored for each team member
- Conducting training need analysis (TNA) for all team members, and preparing training plans
- Ensure alignment and partnership with all team members in terms of satisfaction, healthy working environment, learning and development system
- Resolve members relations issues
- File and document all MoMs
