Job Description

  • Plan and forecast the annual Key Accounts plan and business plan for the assigned Customers, new product launches & list of products, sales/ performance/ profitability, forecasting, promotional campaign planning and execution for increasing Brand visibility.
  • Maintain and increase shelf and market share of products and business development by applying best in class execution standards, analyzing and cross-checking competitors’ activity.
  • Optimize and manage Consumer Promotions, discounts, commercial schemes effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize utilization of the Key Accounts sector.
  • Establish contacts and develop relationships with Key Accounts, Store and Category Managers and identify the decision making the process and account mapping to ensure leverage of company priorities.
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of markets in terms of potential, size and share for the products.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, local market targets, profitability, and market share and monitoring of inventory. Develop commercial deals by leveraging Marico portfolio to increase sales and reduce cost.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Key Accounts field, FMCG or Cosmetics companies is a must.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Excellent level of communication, presentation, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proven successful track record of managing KA businesses and teams.
  • Self – motivated & result orientation mindset.
