Job Description


  • Greets and assists Guests in a friendly and positive manner regarding  information
  • and directions.
  • Provides information and directions to guests concerning  mission, rules and events.
  • Assist in answering questions from Guests concerning general knowledge of procedures, locations, and
  • information.
  • Must be adept at handling Guest inquiries in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while efficiently
  • processing ticket media.
  • Project a professional image while in uniform and when using the radio.
  • Ensure accurate attendance records are captured through effective use of various handheld scanning
  • devices or other tracking methods.
  • Monitor and facilitate operations and attractions in a safe, friendly manner.
  • Provides assistance to Guest Services staff as needed.
  • Monitors area to ensure a secure environment and reports problems to supervisors.
  • Politely perform safety checks of Guest items while welcoming them in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Provides exceptional internal and external Guest service according to established guidelines.
  • Anticipates Guest needs and actively listens while projecting a professional image.
  • Monitors area to ensure a secure environment and reports problems to supervisors; may require
  • intervention with public to assist and resolve Guest issues.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving performance feedback from supervisors and Guests.
