Job Description
- Will be using Shopify
- Prepares orders on a daily basis
- Responsible for Product Data Entry
- Communicates with the customer service team to solve customer problems
- Communicates with warehouse manager to check stock availability
- Responsible for handling the orders to our Logistic Fleet
- Maintain daily communication with our distribution centers and ensure that the operation is handled properly.
- Daily reporting and monitoring of all things operations related
- Monitor processes related to systems processing, distribution and customer service program.
- Identify systems disruptions through monitoring aging orders and auditing its order flows
- Resolve exceptions to the normal order processing and returns workflow.
- Support project initiatives to drive operational efficiencies and/or an enhanced customer experience.
- Carries out the processes of Cash on Delivery, approval of Transfer orders, canceling and returning items
- Ensures that the correct prices are reflected on the site with the relevant units at least once a week.
- Provides inputs to the digital marketing team
- Provides the accuracy of daily stock on site and the product control process, if any, and informs relevant teams.
- Responsible for creating content for new product listings, content includes product name, product description and product details
- Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the E-Commerce Industry
- Experience in operations, order/fulfillment management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Self-Motivated with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Can Read and Write Arabic & English well
- Very good computer skills (Browser & Office)
