Job Description
- Identifying new BD/Sales-Potionel- leads-in-different market segments as per MADA Holding plan
- Pitching products and/or services of MADA Holding as EPC Company in Construction – O&G - Telecom, Banks Market Segments.
- Maintaining perfect relationships with existing customers as per Account Plan.
- Researching & developing organizations online of new leads and potential new markets (especially on telecommunication)
- Prepare BD Plan with Clear Milestones to achieve it on Weekly/Monthly/Annual Basis.
- Researching the needs of other companies and communicate with decision makers about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Preparing presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s new products and services
- Preparing technical quotes and price proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals for MADA Holding and ensuring it is on the right track
- Attending industry events& exhibitions in order to generate business leads.
- Working to weekly and monthly BD& sales targets and KPI’s.
Job Requirements
- Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing BD/sales strategy
- Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in the field –Engineering Major is Preferable
- Technical sales skills
- Proven experience in customer relationship management
- Knowledge of Egypt /ME & Africa market research
- Experience in managing and directing a sales team
- Engineering industries knowledge
- Solid understanding of Marketing/BD/sales platforms.
