Job Description
- Responsible for screening, filtering CV’s and keeping the database updated.
- Contact potential candidates via telephone and email to determine skills and interest level.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques and headhunting.
- Conduct face to face interviews
- Scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring Managers, presenting job offers and coordinate start dates for new hires.
- Support senior recruiters and the team in supplying and helping the candidates through the hiring process.
- Setting the job description and requirements for the client's job posts
- Conduct Referral checks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Majors: Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical and Industrial is Preferred)
- 0 to 2 years of experience in any field (Fresh grads are welcomed)
- Fluent English
- Female
