Job Description
- Reports directly to HR manager.
- Day to day Hiring procedures and functions
- Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards or regulations.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules and working conditions.
- Handles and resolves employees' issues and teacher Cases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Knowledge of Labor Law and medical insurance will be a plus.
- 3-4 years of experience preferred multinational background.
- Perfect recruitment skills including job posts, Cvs scanning, setting interviews time and interviews management.
- Previous experience in hiring English teachers or instructors in top International schools or good reputation English language Academies or Centers is preferred.
- The chosen candidate should be a perfect recruitment specialist who is always ready for aggressive hiring plans.
- Excellent English language.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Organizational skills.
- Very good MS knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
