  • Monitoring Tele-Sales team performance and improving it.
  • Evaluates team monthly KPI’s.
  • Makes presentations, which improves all KPI’s elements.
  • Delivering Daily Call Reports.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Manage Team Annual Leaves.

Job Requirements

  • Very Good English-speaking candidates is a must
  • Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening.
  • Data Entry and typing skills.
  • Customer Focus, Customer Service
  • Attention to Detail, Multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel)
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Real Estate Background
  • Bachelor’s degrees ONLY
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Tele Sales Experience is preferred.
  • Preferably real-estate background.
  • Minimum experience form 3-5 years
  • Location in New Cairo
  • Two days off
