Job Description

As an HR Manager, you can expect to have responsibility for the following:

  • Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives
  • Leading the organizations HR departments, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems (HRIS) and financial planning of the department
  • Liaising directly with the executive board and being accountable for the performance of the HR function and the departments within it, as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters
  • Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and c-suite talent acquisition
  • Developing company well being, health and counseling policies
  • Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture
  • Creating and managing the HR department’s annual budget
  • Taking oversight of the company’s culture
  • Global responsibility for the organizations talent functions and culture
  • Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
  • Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills.
  • Contact references and perform background checks.
  • Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
  • Hire or refer qualified candidates.
  • Conduct new employee orientations.
  • Create Job KPIs. 
  • Process paperwork.
  • Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents.
  • Resolve issues between management and employees.
  • Advise managers on policies like equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff.
  • Oversee recruitment and hiring process.
  • Direct disciplinary procedures.
  • Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
  • Identify and manage training and development needs for employees.
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and  procedures.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation.
  • Benchmark compensation and benefits.
  • Support annual salary review.
  • Implement and monitor performance management system.
  • Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes.
  • Administer employee discipline processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews.

Job Requirements

  • Have experience in factories more than 5 years.
  • He has experience working in major factories.
  • Has the ability to supply daily workers. And deal with them.
  • Must be highly experienced in the FMCG field.
  • 10+ years of experience, and at least 5 years as an HR Manager. 
  • Very good English Language.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office especially in Excel.
  • High Communication Skills, Team Work, Fast Learn.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law & best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • HR certificate is a prefered.
