Job Description

  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Prepare request for quotations and purchase orders.
  • Schedule interviews and handle candidates application forms.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Research and create presentations and reports
  • Prepare a database for vendors, sub-contractors
  • Schedule interviews and appointments
  • Develop and maintain a filing system

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience in construction industry is an advantage
