Job Description
- Answer the company phone lines professionally and courteously connect callers with employees.
- Sort, open, and distribute mail according to established mail procedures.
- Scan documents
- Show the daily received correspondences and reports prepared by departments to the general manager to sign and approve them.
- Meet and greet visitors to the office, and present a polished and professional image.
- Direct deliveries and visitors as appropriate
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Documents typing as required from departments.
- Translate letters and general communications as required from the line manager.
- Marketing tasks by emails and following up the submitted proposals and check clients feedback by phone.
