Job Description
- Organize and oversee all office operations; procurement of supplies and oversight all office systems and equipment.
- Completely control the supply chain procedure (procurement and store)
- Obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality; approving invoices.
- Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative personnel.
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance.
- Organize and supervise other office activities.
- Adhere to policies and regulations.
- Communicating with administrative staff in every division of the business to oversee all admin needs.
- Strategically set department plan & budget and monitor its operations along the year to ensure proper control.
- Overseeing the management of service contracts and service level agreements for outsourced services.
- Ensuring provision transport services.
- Ensuring records management is provided in compliance with the Legal provisions and Corporation quality standards.
- Ensuring provision of all auxiliary and housekeeping services.
- Forecasting administrative staff needs for the Section.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any discipline.
- 10 - 12 years' experience in the Administration operation; 5 years in a managerial position.
- Solid experience in managing security function is a must.
- Deep understanding of ISO Certificates is a plus.
- Managerial skills.
- Excellent Negotiation, Problem Solving, Communication, and leadership skills.
- Very Good command of English language.
