Job Description
- Responsible for the administrative procedures of the authentication and accreditation services of American degrees obtained from American-accredited universities and schools, in addition to the accreditation procedures of SAT / TOEFL / GRE score reports.
- Develop and implement organizational system for all hard copies of program documents;
- Prepare and disseminate pre-departure briefing materials to finalists and follow up on the visa application process in a timely manner;
- Provide administrative and logistical support for programs including arranging accommodation and travel arrangements along with other administrative tasks when needed;
- Communicate and update the Scholarships and Exchange programs Alumni database;
- Register clients in the various in-house information sessions;
- Handle procurement/travel/transportation requests
- Conduct research
- Assist staff with orienting participants on the various Scholarships and Exchange programs;
- Review applications of participants for completeness and eligibility, and facilitate application review to identify semifinalists;
- Arrange interviews of semifinalists and finalize interviews logistics;
- Communicate regularly via email and telephone with finalists to provide updated information about program contents and arrangements;
- Provide all administrative and operational support to successfully conduct programs and activities;
- Work with public and private academic institutions and organizations to distribute information about exchange programs;
- Respond to inquiries from prospective exchanges programs participants;
- Assist in preparing for the American universities College Fair in Cairo;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of work experience
- Knowledge of or experience in development programs
- Prior work experience or internship in an NGO
- Excellent professional communication skills (written and oral
- Excellent command of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point
