Job Description
- Collecting & fulfilling the recruitment needs for White collars and Blue collars to fulfill the annual manpower plan
- Developing and updating job descriptions through job analysis to identify the most important job duties
- creating Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives to measure employees’ performance in an accurate manner.
- Delivering effective onboarding programs to familiarize employees with the company’s culture, benefits, and policies.
- Implementing the performance appraisal plan in regards to competencies and rating scales and making recommendations to achieve the best results in assessing employees’ performance
- Following up on performance improvement plans for employees with unsatisfactory performance to make sure they are supported in improving their performance
- Implementing, analyzing, reporting, and setting action plans of Employee Satisfaction Survey results
- reviewing & updating company policies and procedures to have an internal control system
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Excellent English Commands (Spoken & written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Alexandria resident ONLY
