Job Description
- Manage daily office operations by welcoming guests, and attending to their inquiries and requests in a professional and active manner within a convenient time-fashion.
- Manage the office shared-calendar by scheduling meetings and appointments, sending reminders, memoirs and agendas.
- Provide assistance to members of the team as indicated by business needs.
- Attend meetings, dictate meeting minutes, prepare action plans and maintain an organized record.
