Job Description
- Accountable for the projects from biding until client handover
- Support sales team technically and do cost estimating, scheduling and contract administration
- Support in procurement
- Support finance team with Accounts payable
- Accountable for Site Safety and internal and external project communications
- Accountable for budget, schedule, quality of projects
- Prepares the overall installation program and resource planning
- Responsible for Site management, site preparations and follow-up of site readiness
- Responsible for administrative activities and project documentation
- Accountable for customer satisfaction and quality of installation
- Accountable for Sub-contractor quality and Safety performance
- Manage profitable add-on sales and variation orders during installations
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in elevators and escalators industry.
- Strong MS Projects, MS office, AutoCAD skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management and project management skills
- Independent learner, and self-motivated individual
- Candidate must demonstrate solid leadership, effective team building, strong presentations skills to effectively develop relationships
- Candidate Must have demonstrated Strong financial acumen and business decision making in previous positions
