Job Description
Hitchhiker is a peer-to-peer shipping app that connects e-shoppers with trusted travelers to deliver their items in return of cash rewards. Travelers will add their trip details and shoppers add their shipment details then shoppers pay in app and Hitchhiker holds the money till travelers deliver items to shoppers.
This position is more of a Quality assurance for our marketplace. It's very important to keep our standards high and make sure our marketplace details are verified.
- Validate trip details for travelers.
- Validate order details for shoppers.
- Verify Governmental documents.
- Track payments in app and report any fraud payment.
- keep track of limit for packages sent to travelers.
Job Requirements
- B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited academic institution.
- Excellent command of English.
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support/Service Field.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Display a capacity of problem-solving and multitasking.
