Job Description
- Assist in routine and emergency maintenance of textile machinery (e.g., weaving, winding, spinning, or finishing machines).
- Help diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
- Record daily maintenance and production data and generate basic reports.
- Monitor equipment performance and support preventive maintenance plans.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols during all operations.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet efficiency and productivity goals.
- Participate in the installation or modification of mechanical systems or machinery.
- Continuously seek learning opportunities and improve technical skills.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – Class of [Recent Year] or up to 1 year of experience.
- Internship or graduation project related to industrial machinery or production lines is a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good observation and troubleshooting skills.
