Job Description
We are looking for a Junior In-App Monetization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and optimization of in-app monetization strategies, with a primary focus on driving revenue through in-app purchases (IAP) and subscriptions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers , Marketing, customer support, and Ui,UX & graphic designers , to help enhance the app's monetization potential and deliver a compelling experience to our users.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Monetization Strategy Execution: Support the Senior Monetization leader in implementing in-app monetization strategies focused on increasing revenue from in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- Analyze User Behavior: Work with the Data Analytics team to understand user behavior, segmentation, and conversion funnels. Identify trends and insights to help optimize monetization efforts.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests on in-app purchase flows, pricing models, and subscription options. Track performance and recommend optimizations.
- Pricing and Packaging Support: Help in researching and testing different pricing and packaging options to optimize revenue potential and improve user retention.
- Content Briefing: Guide the content team to craft compelling messages and value propositions that highlight subscription benefits.
- Daily Monitoring: Oversee in-app messages and notifications, ensuring seamless communication
- Collaborate on Promotional Campaigns: Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute seasonal and promotional in-app offers (e.g., Black Friday, holiday discounts). Track the success of these campaigns and gather insights for future improvements.
- User Feedback and Competitor Analysis: Gather user feedback and conduct competitor research to stay updated on best practices and trends in the mobile app monetization space. Share insights with the team.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on key monetization metrics such as conversion rate, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and retention rate. Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for the Monetization team.
Support Subscription Lifecycle Management: Assist in managing the subscription lifecycle, including new user onboarding, free trials, renewal flows, and churn prevention initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. Additional certifications in marketing, digital marketing, or project management are a plus..
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role within the mobile app industry, preferably in a mobile app, gaming, or tech company. Prior experience in monetization or subscriptions is a plus but not required.
- Analytical and Data-Driven: Comfortable working with data to identify trends, interpret results, and drive actionable insights. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, App Store, Google Play Store and Firebase ) is a plus.
- Basic Understanding of Mobile App Monetization: Familiarity with in-app purchases, subscriptions, and other app monetization models is beneficial.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing teams.
- Language Skills Strong written and verbal Arabic & English communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Curiosity and Willingness to Learn: Enthusiastic about mobile app monetization and eager to learn more about in-app purchases, subscriptions, and user behavior.
